What started out as a small bunch of techies 30 years ago has grown into a diverse team who are all experts in what they do.
Every member of the team is encouraged to develop their learning every single day and many of us have gained qualifications in several areas including Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate and Product Management Certification (CPM).
Al is one of our in-house Microsoft experts and also a dab hand in the kitchen! He enjoys finding the perfect local ingredients to whip up a cracking Sunday lunch for the family.
Alan is an avid gamer and a fan of all things geeky, he even has a degree in game design! You’ll find Alan on our Business Solutions team.
Alex has a very impressive list of hobbies and achievements including being a competitive dancer, an incredible artist and bilingual. She speaks French, Russian and Japanese and is working on her Yorkshire.
Calvin joined Teleware as an apprentice and hasn’t looked back. He’s an avid country music fan, travelling the world to music festivals! He’s also a keen boater and holds his powerboat license!
Claire is a keen horse rider and as a child, wanted to be a mounted policewoman. During lockdown she also adopted Lucy the lockdown lab, and now they both enjoy a nice long walk on the beach.
If you are one of our partners, chances are you will talk to David! He’s a huge country music fan. He even owns a real cowboy hat all the way from Texas!
Teleware’s little ray of sunshine, Elrien is always full of cheer and will do everything in her power to make your day sparkle. When they finally make a film about her life, she will most likely be played by a mix of Rebel Wilson and Drew Barrymore (wild, funny and emotional).
Jason is know in the office for his unbeatable technical knowledge, his dad jokes and his Donald Duck impression. If he could work from anywhere in the world, it would be the Great Barrier Reef, and who could blame him?
Mark’s ideal place to work from (WiFi permitting) is Ibiza and once went clubbing with the one and only Sir Ian McKellan! His go to karaoke song would have to be “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey although we’re not sure if Sir Ian would join in or not.
Meg is our resident designer, a creative through and through, she can normally be found crafting one thing or another. One of her most unusual hobbies is taxidermy, both collecting and creating!
Michael is a lead developer at Teleware and our resident fitness guru. He enjoys anything that gets his heart rate going and is always training for the next big challenge. That said, he can be persuaded to enjoy the odd slice of pizza!
Priya is one of the newest members of our development team. As a product verification engineer she works mainly on our Re:Call app, ensuring all our lovely updates are tested thoroughly before release.
Have some training booked? Chances are it’s Ray who will be showing you the ropes. In a past life, Ray was in the Royal Navy and has been to the North Pole in a submarine! If he could only eat one meal forever, it would have to be chicken curry and chips (no mushrooms).
Steve is our CEO and a bit of a petrol head! He also became a Lewis Hamilton fan after sitting in with him for a few hot laps at Goodwood many years ago.
Teng joined us as part of a joint Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Teesside University, working on state of the art machine learning and deep learning technology.
As a child, Tom’s dream job was to be a Starship pilot. Lucky for us he was a bit ahead of his time, and instead he is a key member of our development team. When he’s not at work you can find him tinkering in his workshop creating the weird and wonderful!
