During this time, we have been responsible for not one but two world firsts, including being the first to route, record and analyse a call in real time using Microsoft Azure! As gold partners in Communication, Data Analytics, Project and Portfolio Management, Application Development and Cloud Platform, we are continuing to strengthen our relationship with Microsoft and our capabilities within the partner ecosystem.
